The Paper tracker software scans in the documents and then displays them in an ordered list categorising them as you specify. Any scanner will do and you can choose a flatbed, portable or automatic document feeder (ADF).
As mail comes in , put the item in the scanner and it scans it into Paper Tracker. You can then move it into a category like Insurance papers or ‘Car Papers’ etc.
