Scanning and filing documents
The Paper tracker software scans in the documents and then displays them in an ordered list categorising them as you specify. Any scanner will do and you can choose a flatbed, portable or automatic document feeder (ADF). As mail comes in , put the item in the scanner and it scans it into Paper Tracker. You can then move it into a category like Insurance papers or ‘Car Papers’...

You will need a PC with Windows XP or above , 50mb RAM, 200mb Disk space and a printer and scanner to print and scan in documents.
